help@IFM is a remote, proactive system of complete desktop and server support that keeps the IT elements in your business running smoothly. For a flat monthly fee we provide you with a holistic management programme that includes:
- Everyday running of your server
- Patch management
- System back-up
- Daily computer health checks
Please note: Our monthly fee covers your entire operational IT management. It doesn’t include site visits: rarely required except in the event of a hardware failure. There may be service costs for building a new server, or due to organisational changes. Payment is by automatic payment in advance, and can be ended with one month’s notice.
