We found that small and medium sized businesses were suffering due to a lack of expert, outsourced IT support. In many cases this support was everyday computer housekeeping – changing backup tapes and maintaining servers – but our range of services has rapidly grown to meet these needs, with a customer base that has grown to match. Some of our customers are fully managed by us, and others get help with their Cisco system as they need it.
